Alan Paterson

Alan is a highly experienced property lawyer having worked in major New Zealand law firms for over 30 years.

During this time he has acted for NZ listed entities, major corporates, property developers together with private clients providing all aspects of property advice including;

a) Land acquisitions and sales (including Overseas Investment Act Advice)

b) Development (including all types of subdivision and land ownership structures)

c) Leasing (for both landlords and tenants)

d) Forestry acquisitions and related advice

e) General property advice and conveyancing

Alan has lived and worked in Auckland all of his life and is married with four adult children, three of whom are also lawyers and one a commercial property broker.
